Our services include fluff cleaning, in case the home is left vacant for more than a month’s time period
prior to the arrival of new guests. Dusting, carpet vacuuming, floor mopping, toilet and sink cleaning are
some of the services offered in this package that costs 30% of the normal cleaning package cost. The
company is not responsible for cleanliness without this package, in case the home is rented after vacant

Pool Cleaning Service
Our pool cleaning services for property management in Florida are offered weekly for whole of the year. Take a look at our services, offered at the rate of $95 per month, in this category:

Hot Tub and Spa Cleaning

Removal of debris from skimmers and baskets.
Inspection and maintenance of the main filter.
Garden & Lawn Maintenance
Charged at $95 per month, the following garden and law maintenance services are offered by our company:
Cutting grass regularly and grass level maintenance of 3 inches.
Trimming of lawn edges.
Regular weeding
Quarterly weeding and feeding of lawn at $40 per treatment.
Pest Control
For efficient property management in Florida rental market, our company offers pest control services.
The initial set up fee for the service is $130, whereas cost of $35 is charged on monthly basis. We
avail these services from licensed and reputed pest control service provider. It is important to mention
that complete pest control is not possible due to the tropical climate enjoyed by the state.

Monthly Tax Preparation
Preparation and submittal of County tourist tax and Florida State sales tax
The Manager will ensure
that all the appropriate sales/tourist taxes are paid as required should you choose this option.
Taxes due on rentals obtained by the Manager will be deducted at source. Taxes on Owners bookings
will be paid by the Manager from figures submitted by the Owner. Owner must retain their paperwork
for audit purposes.

Free Telephone Calls
This service offers your guests the ability to make free local, long distance and international telephone calls for which the owner pays a set monthly fee. We find that this is an excellent way to generate bookings and sets your home apart from the rest. You still require your basic phone service in

Credit Cards Processing Fees
It is a condition of our Merchant Services that we cannot directly charge guests a credit card processing fee. If you wish to use our Merchant Services facility you will be responsible for the fee plus our charge
for manually processing the credit card transaction. All cards must be manually processed as we
never physically hold the credit card. This manual data input is time consuming as much information
is required. If a card is declined or we have not been given the correct information we have to repeat
the exercise after having contacted either the card holder or card issuer. We also assume all risk
should the guest initiate a chargeback for whatever reason. Dealing with chargeback’s is a lengthy process.
